Beasley Martial Arts and Fitness Receives 2015 Best of Christiansburg Award
Christiansburg Award Program Honors the Achievement
CHRISTIANSBURG August 29, 2015 — Beasley Martial Arts and Fitness has been selected for the 2015 Best of Christiansburg Award in the Martial Arts and Fitness School category by the Christiansburg Award Program.
Each year, the Christiansburg Award Program identifies companies that we believe have achieved exceptional success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and our community. These exceptional companies help make the Christiansburg area a great place to live, work and play.
The Christiansburg Award Program is an annual awards program honoring the achievements and accomplishments of local businesses throughout the Christiansburg and NRV area. Recognition is given to those companies that have shown the ability to use their best practices and implemented programs to serve their community.
Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2015 Christiansburg Award Program focuses on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the Christiansburg Award Program and data provided by third parties. In the case of Beasley Martial Arts and Fitness members repeatedly referred to BMA as the” best personal training and kickboxing instruction” in the NRV.
An internet search turned up facts regarding the founder Dr. Jerry Beasley whose reputation for excellence in martial arts instruction and program development are impeccable. Beasley, a graduate of VA Tech and a certified 8th Dan under kickboxing founder Joe Lewis, is employed as a professor at Radford University. He has published nine books and over 150 articles. His wife Gina and son Tyler, both Black Belts, own and run the business. The programs specialize in private lessons and personal fitness training.
The Christiansburg Award Program was established to recognize the best of local businesses in our community. Our organization works exclusively with local business owners, trade groups, and professional associations to establish the “Best in Group” awards. Our mission is to recognize the small business community’s contributions to the community.
Congratulations Beasley Martial Arts and Fitness for being voted the Best Martial Arts and Fitness School in the NRV for 2015.
